Loans & Lines - Secured (A/R & Inventory) (Revolving Line of Credit that is secured by the accounts receivable of the business and/or the inventories of that business). Term 1 year.

Loans & Lines - Secured (UCC-1, Equipment, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Other) (Revolving Line of Credit/Term Facility that is secured by all of the assets of that business. Note that real estate assets are not perfected assets under a UCC-1). FF&E- Maximum term is 5-7 years fully amortizing.  Manufacturing & Production Equip- maximum term is 5-7 years fully amortizing.  Transportation Equip- maximum term is 5-7 years fully amortizing.

CELOC - (Line of credit structured to access equity in commercial real estate, including multi-family in a first lien or second lien position). Maximum term of 5 years, 25-year amortization to determine payment.

SBA 504 Loan Program - (purchase or refinance of owner/user commercial properties) Maximum term of 10 years, 25 year amortization to determine payment

SBA 7a Loans - (purchase and refinance of owner/user commercial real estate, construction or tenant improvements of owner/user commercial real estate, purchase machinery and/or equipment, refinance existing business debt, working capital). Maximum term of 10 years, 25 year amortization to determine payment.

Lines - Unsecured (Line of credit available to individuals for users such as investment, access to liquidity and debt consolidation). Maximum term is 3 years fully amortizing.
